Noell Holmberg

Director of Life Insurance

Noell’s experience as a medical surgery nurse, specializing in cardiology and neurology, gives her invaluable credibility when working with underwriters. Her persuasive advocacy results in insurers green-lighting client cases they may have otherwise denied. And her experience in handling jumbo life cases, whether $65 million or $450 million, adds even greater value to advisors and their high-net-worth clients.

Jeremy Green, EA®, CFP®, CTFA, CLU®, CEBS®, AEP®, MSFS

Director of High Net Worth Planning

Jeremy focuses on high net worth tax, estate and business planning with 22 years of experience to his credit. He collaborates with professional advisors, closely held business owners and other clients with significant assets to integrate and clarify their combined business, estate, philanthropic, tax, investment and life insurance plans.

He has helped clients avoid unnecessary present and future combined fees and estate, income and capital gains taxes by restructuring how assets are owned prior to the sale of a business or real estate; adjusting business operating agreements to preserve otherwise lost stepped-up tax cost basis; modifying the number and complexity of existing trust arrangements; optimizing trust- and business-owned life insurance funding; and reducing excessive investment management expenses.

Admitted to practice before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent, Jeremy is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, a Certified Trust Financial Advisor, Chartered Life Underwriter, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and an Accredited Estate Planner®. He is a graduate of the Institute of Certified Bankers National Graduate Trust School, the American Institute of Bankers Personal Trust School and the American College’s Master of Science in Financial Services degree program.

Jeremy graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism using the GI Bill. He served in the U.S. Army’s 2nd Infantry Division stationed in the Republic of Korea from 1996 to 1998.

Ciara Lister, Esq.

Network Attorney

As a network attorney for eStatePlan™ Ciara Lister believes in three key pillars: planning, preparation, and prevention. A full-scholarship graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Fla., Lister began her law career as a Commercial Insurance Litigator in Boca Raton. She began seeing clients and her close friends struggle with the negative effects of probate proceedings, from dwindling inheritances to families destroyed by battles over money. This motivated her to change her focus to Estate Planning so she could help people avoid these issues before it was too late, rather than perform legal triage when the damage to families and their legacies had already been done.
